Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product development lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI principles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt compliance strategies
- Stakeholder communication with executive teams, regulators, and ethics boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI) preferred
