Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech developments through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients adopting next-gen AI systems
- Design and facilitate AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and policymakers at global forums
- Prototype experimental AI interfaces using emerging hardware (neuromorphic chips, quantum processors)
- Mentor cross-functional teams on anticipatory intelligence methodologies
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact for peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI strategy, R&D, or technology foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier research institution
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and responsible AI principles
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Scenario Planning)
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (IBM Q, Amazon Braket) or neuromorphic hardware
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 20+ keynotes at major tech conferences
