Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts beyond 2025
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in biotech and climate tech verticals
- Deliver executive briefings on geopolitical and technological impacts on global supply chains
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent accreditation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
