Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Develop corporate AI governance policies compliant with emerging regulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Represent company at industry ethics panels and regulatory hearings
- Quantify ethical risks through impact assessments and mitigation strategies
- Mentor engineers on ethical design principles in AI development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI ethics
- Experience facilitating stakeholder consensus on technical ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
