Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous decision systems
- Develop governance policies for quantum-AI hybrid applications
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for LLM deployments and neural interface technologies
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in regulatory dialogues with federal agencies
- Create transparency mechanisms for explainable AI systems in high-stakes domains
- Stakeholder training on responsible AI development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ACM Code of Ethics
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in large-scale ML systems
- Strong policy development background with regulatory experience
- Familiarity with quantum computing ethical implications
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
