Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, HR leadership, or product management within a high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and implementing future-forward strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, and their impact on the modern workforce.
