Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness in predictive models
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI development aligned with EU AI Act and NIST standards
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and regulatory consultations
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and risk mitigation
- Conduct societal impact assessments for emerging AI technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, OECD principles)
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with ethical impact assessments for large-scale AI deployments
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
