Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop ethical AI training programs for engineering teams and stakeholders
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for community impact assessments
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI deployment and mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
- Drive continuous improvement of ethical AI toolkits and documentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience building ethical AI programs in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (strongly preferred)
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., CEGAI, CIPM)
