Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 deployment roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and safety compliance
- Design and implement real-time monitoring systems for ethical AI performance metrics
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure alignment with emerging global AI regulations
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible implementation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics leadership role
- Expertise in global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience developing scalable AI governance systems
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI architectures and limitations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
