Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Go and Python, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Architect and optimize frontend applications using React and TypeScript, focusing on seamless user experiences across devices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR) throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation to reduce deployment times.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack engineering.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in modern backend languages (Go, Python, or Java) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of database management, including SQL and NoSQL solutions (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
