Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and high-performance inference.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and implement novel solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python and C++.
- Deep experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
