Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics audit protocols for generative models and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional reviews of machine learning pipelines for bias mitigation
- Advise product teams on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Design transparency frameworks for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Coordinate with legal teams on liability frameworks for AI decision systems
- Produce ethics impact assessments for emerging technologies in healthcare and finance
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance or technology ethics compliance
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Experience auditing machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Strong knowledge of quantum computing ethical implications
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
