Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Published work on AI policy or algorithmic accountability
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
