Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern engineering best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Engage in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to various technologies and business domains.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help scale our next-generation platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a deep passion for building impactful technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Prior internship experience, hackathon participation, or significant personal open-source projects is highly preferred.
