Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech policy development, or applied ethics
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience working with quantum computing and neuro-interface technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive domains
- Published author in peer-reviewed ethics or technology policy journals
