Responsibilities

- Develop and implement agile innovation frameworks with 18-24 month roadmaps

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets for experimental projects

- Present strategic findings to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of delivering market-first technologies with $50M+ commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience building multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong network within venture capital and Fortune 500 tech ecosystems
- Prior experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
