- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate AI) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, ethicists, and policymakers to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leader through white papers, TED talks, and industry conference keynotes
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding by crafting compelling tech investment narratives for C-suite and board

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or Computational Science with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech) with $50M+ impact metrics
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, horizon scanning)
