This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and requires quarterly presentations at global AI ethics summits.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-time ethical monitoring systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models deployed in healthcare and finance sectors
- Create predictive ethics models for emerging neuro-technologies and brain-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems using explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Establish governance frameworks for quantum-encrypted AI communications
- Proactively identify ethical risks in federated learning environments
- Document ethical impact assessments for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act 2025, US AI Bill of Rights)
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense)
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for deep learning systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical algorithm development
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
