Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration, focusing on breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and deploy next-generation intelligent systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, specifically Quantum AI and Neural Interface design, to identify viable business applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ensuring AI transparency, fairness, and security in all future deployments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex future tech concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI or high-tech infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
