Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance distributed computing clusters optimized for large-scale model training.
- Design a scalable microservices architecture that supports the evolving AI workloads of 2026.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to automate model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize inference latency and resource efficiency.
- Establish security protocols and compliance standards for sensitive AI training data.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure technical debt is minimized and innovation is maximized.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience building and managing GPU clusters (NVIDIA A100/H100).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
