Job Description
We are on a mission to engineer the technologies that will define the year 2026. As a Senior AI Architect at Nexus Horizon AI, you won't just be building models; you will be architecting the neural infrastructure of tomorrow. Join our elite team of futurists and engineers to deploy next-generation Generative AI and autonomous agents at scale.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will lead the architectural vision for our proprietary LLMs and edge computing systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and ready for the rapid evolution of the AI landscape.
Why Join Us?
- Work on projects that are 2-3 years ahead of the current market curve.
- Competitive equity package with a focus on long-term growth.
- Access to cutting-edge compute resources and research labs.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D for GenAI: Spearhead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems optimized for the 2026 technological ecosystem.
- Optimize Inference Performance: Engineer high-performance inference engines to reduce latency and maximize cost-efficiency in real-time applications.
- MLOps & Deployment: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI, automating model training, validation, and deployment cycles.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern C++ for high-performance computing.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems and managing massive distributed databases.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think abstractly about future tech trends and apply them to current problems.
