Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Create and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead Architecture Design: Oversee the design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, AGI) and evaluate their potential impact on our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete technical strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
