- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on next-gen solutions, conducting feasibility studies and prototyping high-impact technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to ensure Nova Horizon maintains a competitive edge in the future market.
- Talent & Culture Building: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and experimentation, mentoring junior strategists and engineers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-tech concepts to executive stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for new ventures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Vision: Deep understanding of upcoming technologies relevant to 2026, including Generative AI, AR/VR, and Sustainable Tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of turning visionary concepts into scalable business strategies and successful product launches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on new data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
