Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling long-term strategic vision for the company, identifying key technological trends and market shifts.
- Roadmap Development: Translate high-level strategic goals into detailed, actionable product and technology roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to forecast industry disruptions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment with the 2026 strategic objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships that align with the future tech strategy.
- Presentation & Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically and strategically about long-term trends and market positioning.
