- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advise on R&D investments and M&A opportunities in frontier technologies
- Represent QuantumLeap at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-implementation projects
