- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and spatial computing frameworks for next-gen applications.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Conduct predictive market analysis to identify emerging technologies that will dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI protocols and data governance frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for scalable cloud architecture.
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders, securing buy-in for major technological investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering 5+ year technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of spatial computing and immersive technologies (e.g., AR/VR/MR).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse, remote-first engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
