Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our core platform.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
