Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AGI-ready infrastructure designed to scale for the year 2026.
- Define the technical roadmap for autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making and self-correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Next-Gen Neural Networks into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the security and ethical frameworks of advanced AI systems, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards.
- Pioneering research into Quantum-AI hybrid models to optimize computational efficiency.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Proven track record of deploying Autonomous Systems at scale in a production environment.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or simulation tools is a major plus.
- Strong command of Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
