Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and bio-integration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and future-tech incubators
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors with data-driven foresight
- Drive R&D allocation for exponential technology initiatives
- Mentor talent in futuristic technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech integration, or climate-tech
- Strong analytical skills with scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Executive communication skills for complex technical narratives
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology fields preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals/conferences
