- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating AI-driven automation solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, AR/VR)
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI forecasting
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Foresight certification preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
