Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in leading future-tech initiatives with proven ROI
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/VC funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
