Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of emerging technologies.
- Identify global market trends and integrate disruptive innovations into our core product pipeline.
- Manage a multi-million dollar R&D budget to ensure maximum ROI on 2026 initiatives.
- Present quarterly progress reports, strategic pivots, and growth metrics to the board of directors.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative, large-scale tech products to market.
- Deep understanding of emerging paradigms (Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Web3).
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring senior engineers.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
