Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for high-impact enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to build intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across core engineering departments to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code while adhering to modern software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the architecture of next-generation cloud-native applications.
- Engage in continuous learning and leadership development workshops tailored for the 2026 cohort.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems to ensure peak performance.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and modern containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
