Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leader through white papers and keynote speeches
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation models
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (demonstrated via patents or published research)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ time zones
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
