Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead strategic initiatives in AI integration, quantum computing applications, and next-gen cybersecurity frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on 2026 capabilities
- Establish industry partnerships and thought leadership in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, and biotech
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong background in digital transformation and agile methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTE)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value
- Track record of launching successful technology products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
