Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for disruptive tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive-level technology briefings with risk/benefit assessments
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
