- Design multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging AI, quantum computing, and biotech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
