Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategic roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and federal tech initiatives
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget for 2026 technology initiatives
- Mentor emerging tech specialists through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, biotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
