- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Present strategic future scenarios to executive leadership and key partners
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and innovation maturity
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning experience
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or similar preferred
