- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research partners on next-gen biotech interfaces
- Develop patentable solutions in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership at top-tier tech firms (FAANG/SpaceX/DeepMind)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
