Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop technology integration roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for R&D initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, bioengineering, or space tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise solutions
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
