Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2020s tech trends
- Proven track record deploying AI-human hybrid systems at scale
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and DeFi protocols
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum, or equivalent)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
