Your work will directly influence global policy discussions and commercial deployments that will reshape industries by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon' strategic roadmap identifying emerging technologies with 3-year commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional task forces on quantum-safe infrastructure, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and national innovation institutes
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Present future technology briefings to Fortune 100 C-suite executives and government policymakers
- QuantumLeap's proprietary 'FutureCast' methodology for technology impact assessment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years in tech R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, or carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits)
- Security clearance from national innovation agency or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ISO 20700 foresight methodology or equivalent
