Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-generation product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting technology adoption and innovation
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning InnovateHorizons as a 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
