Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trajectories through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen digital products
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging tech commercialization
- Advise C-suite on AI, quantum, and biotech integration strategies
- Curate partnerships with research institutions and global tech consortiums
- Author whitepapers on future tech societal impacts and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Published research in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, or metaverse)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
