- Lead R&D initiatives targeting carbon-negative tech solutions by 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with market disruption timelines
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic tech forecasts to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of future-ready prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 200+ members
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Tech Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovation projects
