Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives for AI-automation and climate tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into business strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across quantum, biotech, and renewable energy projects
- Mentor talent in emerging tech disciplines (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present findings at global innovation summits and patent breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML deployment, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with tech specialization
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with cross-border innovation ecosystems (US/EU/Asia)
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
