Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Oversee pilot programs for sustainable tech adoption in urban ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Published research in emerging technologies or future studies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of scaling experimental tech to commercial viability
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience with federal tech grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
