Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or top-tier tech labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Proven track record of securing government/industry innovation grants
- Experience with international technology policy development
