Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototypes for next-gen computational systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of advanced AI and quantum systems
- Present innovation blueprints to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology R&D with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Portfolio of deployed technologies with measurable market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to connect technical and business implications
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
